Warming up......

May 5 - It's been freezing cold and it's only autumn. We're stocking up on socks and slippers!

Teacup number five

May 4 - More teacups from Tatura!!! This one is from an awesome garage sale. I'm even prouder of it because I haggled the price.

Fading sunshine......

May 3 - It's getting colder and colder in Shepparton. The sunlight doesn't last long!

Getting back into it......

May 2 - Today was the first day in a long time I've hit the gym again. Just got to keep making the effort. Easier said than done.

So naughty....

May 1 - Nothing is safe around our kittens. Not even a glass of water on a bedside stand.

downstream

April 30 - Downstream from the Lake Hum dam.....

Vivid colours...

April 29 - Another view of Lake Hume

Blue skies and blue waters

April 28 - The view from the dam on the other side of Lake Hume

Autumn beauty

April 27  - You can kind of see our cabin in the background of this photo. The autumn trees were beautiful.

Rob at Lake Hume.....

April 26 - We went for a wander down to the water's edge.

Lake Hume

April 25 - I love this shot. This is Lake Hume, near Wodonga. The lake level was quite low from this side, where we were staying. A beautiful pink sunset in the evening!!!

Hello Glenrowan

April 24 - A visit to Glenrowan - Ned Kelly's hometown......

Marmite deliciousness!!!

April 23 - Okay - this is the last blog post about Marmite for a while. I promise.

You and I have some catching up to do......

April 22 - It's been so long. Marmite I love you.

Special delivery

April 21 - It's arrived!! It's arrived!!! The long-awaited Marmite!!!!

Beautiful flowers!

April 20 - Our house guest gave Rob and I these beautiful flowers and some chocolates to say thanks for having her to stay. They're so beautiful! They've lasted for ages!!

Tea and scones

April 19 - The teacup collection continues! This one is from Echuca!

Get well please Grandad.....

April 18 - My amazing 97-yr-old grandfather has been sick and is in hospital. I hope he gets well again so he can head home. I'm contemplating a trip home to see him.

Graceful gates

April 17 - I thought this pair of gates in St Kilda was quite beautiful!

Mustard cardigan!

April 16 - This is probably the item that I've worn the most since buying it. I wouldn't normally buy clothes this colour but I really like it! Goes well with a black or navy dress.

Another dress.....

April 15 - This looks a bit crumpled because I've been wearing it (and it may have ended up on the floor) but I do love this dress too. I think it was only $20. I've been wearing it to work with a black jacket.

The shopping haul

April 14 - I'm going to put up three photos over the next few days of some of the shopping I did while in Melbourne! This dress I quite like - it's got a zip that goes halfway down the back. It looks good with a black and gold belt.

St Kilda Beach

April 13 - I remember feeling a bit sad on this day because Alisa had just left! We had so much fun!

Good times and a bit of wine!

April 12 - A catch up with Ivana (Alisa's friend from waaay back) who works and lives in St Kilda.

Revellers

April 11 - Ok so this may look like a weird shot of a brazilian waxing sign - but I was trying to photograph the Revellers bar sign. This is another one of our old haunts from 2006. So many memories!! What a fun bar.

51 Lincoln St!!!!

April 10 - OMG. 51 Lincoln St. Today Alisa and I went back to our old flat in Melbourne from 2006. So weird going back. Nothing has changed! It's still a mess and the garden is out of control. Many memories in this place!!!

Food heaven

April 9  - I'm cheating a little bit today (these photos go with yesterday's trip to Tahbilk) but I had to add them! The top one is pork belly on rice with wilted greens and below, salmon with chutney, cous cous and broccoli. Deliciousness!!

Ladies who lunch!

April 8 - A lovely day out for lunch at Tahbilk Winery! Perfect weather.

Best friends!

April 7 - I'm so happy that my best friend Alisa has come to visit!! I only just noticed this but it's rather appropriate that it says NZ in the background of this photo!
