October 2 - This is Whroo Cemetery. Whroo was a gold rush town in the 1850s. It's now a ghost town...and has been since the 1950s. This is the Whroo Cemetery where about 400 people are buried.

September 12 - This is the bach booked for a group of girls and I in October! It's in Muriwai, Auckland. Can't wait for a relaxing night away!!

A sad tale


September 11 - The other night we rescued this little mouse from our cats. We let it sleep in a shoebox inside overnight to recover from its ordeal. In the morning we let it outside - only to be recaught by our cats a short time later. I don't think the little mouse survived....
